Cancellation Policy
No-Refund Policy Payments for strategy sessions, creative consulting, and business development support are non-refundable. Cancellation and Payment Obligation Once planning, research, or strategy development has begun, the full project fee becomes due regardless of client cancellation. Results Not Guaranteed Strategic and creative guidance supports business clarity and direction; however, financial outcomes, client acquisition, audience response, or operational results cannot be guaranteed. Revisions / Follow-Up Support Clients may request limited clarifications or strategy adjustments within the outlined scope. Additional sessions or expanded deliverables are billed at current rates.
