I am not a perfect woman, and I have never pretended to be. I am a mother, a pastor, and a multi-preneur who has gotten it right at times and missed it at others. I have obeyed God and I have disobeyed Him. I have walked through mountains and valleys, learned hard lessons, and continue to grow in the areas where discipline is still being formed in me. Even with all of that, I am a recipient of the love of God. His love has carried me, corrected me, restored me, and chosen me for assignments far greater than anything I could have imagined for myself. I don’t take that lightly. Out of all the titles He has trusted me with, the one I desire most at the end of my journey is “good and faithful servant.” I have also overcome mental-health battles that many in ministry silently endure. Those seasons shaped my heart and birthed my passion for mental-health integration in the church. Healing taught me compassion. Experience taught me awareness. And God taught me to advocate for leaders who pour out while carrying their own unseen weight. My story began in Evansville, Indiana, continued in Memphis, Tennessee, and has been planted in Denver for the last twenty-five years. Along that journey, God has trusted me with three incredible sons—Josiah, Jeremy, and Johmarcus—who ground me, inspire me, and remind me daily of God’s goodness. This is who I am: a woman loved by God, shaped by grace, strengthened through struggle, and still striving every day to serve Him well.

The Woman Behind the Work

My work is multi-faceted because the assignment God gave me touches ministry, technology, leadership development, and the marketplace. Every part of it has grown out of real burdens, real needs, and real seasons God walked me through. After more than twenty-five years of ministry service—including years as an executive pastor—I saw firsthand the gaps, pressures, and challenges leaders face. Those experiences shaped the solutions I’ve been called to build.

Roeh Technologies Inc was birthed from the Holy Spirit’s prompting. He allowed me to feel His burden for the millions of people who have been harmed by church scams, manipulation, and spiritual gimmicks. Roeh is a faith-based tech company engineering the first protective platform of its kind—created to identify, prevent, and expose fraudulent practices so the Body of Christ can experience safety, transparency, and restored trust.

My heart for pastoral health led to the creation of Healthy Church International and the Healthy Pastor Initiative. I’ve watched leaders crumble under silence, burnout, and impossible expectations. I’ve watched the number of pastoral suicides rise. God would not let me ignore it. Healthy Church International exists to support pastors, strengthen leadership systems, and build healthier churches from the inside out.

Breakthrough Strategy Solutions LLC serves the marketplace by helping entrepreneurs and organizations gain clarity, structure, and strategy. Under BSS, The Solution Midwife™ guides visionaries through the process of shaping, developing, and launching what God placed in them. Lamyia Crawford Global Ministries represents the ministry arm of my work, where I train, equip, and develop leaders with biblical, prophetic, and strategic skill.

Across all these expressions—ministry, marketplace, technology, leadership development—my heart remains the same: to build what strengthens people, honors God, and brings healing and integrity back into the places He has assigned me.
