Cancellation Policy

Healthy Church International provides preaching, teaching, leadership workshops, and pastoral wellness presentations. Booking through the website or email does not guarantee acceptance. Engagements are confirmed only after: • A formal review of the request • A confirmation email from an HCI administrator • Honorarium and travel arrangements finalized • Deposit 50% of honorarium must be paid prior to the event - no exceptions For arrival needs or special considerations, hosts should contact: healthychurchinternational@gmail.com Cancellation Policy (Teaching, Training, Workshops, Speaking) For confirmed ministry or training engagements: Within 24 hours of event: • 100% of the honorarium is due Less than 48 hours: • 50% of the honorarium is due 72 hours or more: • 25% of the honorarium is due These terms reflect the time & preparation, research, & travel planning. Booking requests may be submitted through the website or by direct email; however, submitting a booking request does not guarantee the engagement is confirmed. Official confirmations will come from a HCI admin via email. Travel & Lodging Travel & Accommodation Requirements (For Out-of-Town Engagements) For engagements requiring travel: • The host is responsible for lodging in a 3-star hotel or higher, in a safe and reasonably quiet area. Room must be inside the hotel. • Lodging should cover the full duration of the ministry assignment, including any agreed-upon arrival and departure days. • A meal stipend or agreed meal arrangement is to be provided for the duration of the stay. • Additional travel details (ground transportation, airport pickup, etc.) can be clarified prior to confirmation.
