Cancellation Policy

No-Refund Policy All payments made to The Solution Midwife™ for Manuscript Midwifery & Creative Production services are non-refundable. Because these services involve customized intellectual work, creative production, and project stewardship, the client acknowledges that no refunds will be issued under any circumstance. Cancellation and Payment Obligation The client may cancel the project at any time; however, once work has begun, the full contracted fee becomes immediately due and payable. Beginning work includes any portion of content development, editing, creative production, or project planning performed by The Solution Midwife™. Cancellation does not release the client from their financial obligations for the full project price. Results Not Guaranteed The Solution Midwife™ provides strategic guidance, creative production, editorial refinement, and professional support. These services are designed to strengthen the client’s manuscript; however, specific outcomes such as publication, audience growth, sales performance, ministry impact, or third-party approval cannot be guaranteed. The client understands that results depend on multiple factors beyond the provider’s control. Revisions The client is entitled to limited revisions as defined in the project agreement. Revisions must be requested within the timeframe stated in the contract and must remain within the scope of the original project. Revisions do not include new content development, new design directions, or additional creative assets beyond what was originally contracted. Additional revisions or expanded scope may be billed at the provider’s current rate.
