The Free Clarity Call is a focused assessment designed to help leaders, pastors, and entrepreneurs identify their current needs and determine the most effective pathway for growth. This session is offered through Lamyia Crawford Global Ministries, Healthy Church International, and The Solution Midwife—each providing distinct forms of training, development, and strategic support. This call is not coaching or consulting. It is an evaluative conversation built to uncover your primary objectives, pinpoint challenges, and establish the direction required for your next step. During the session, you will share your role, current context, and what you are seeking to strengthen. From there, we identify which service track aligns with your goals and capacity. For Lamyia Crawford Global Ministries, the focus is ministry training and equipping. We assess where you are in your leadership process, areas that need development, and what structure is required to support your assignment. This includes preparation for ministry roles, teaching development, leadership formation, and strategic ministry planning. For Healthy Church International, the call evaluates pastoral wellness, leadership sustainability, and organizational systems. We look at the health of the leader and the structure surrounding them, identifying whether you need pastoral support, leadership strengthening, or a wellness and systems plan designed for long-term stability. For The Solution Midwife, the emphasis is business clarity and strategic alignment. We assess your vision, operational needs, brand direction, and the practical steps necessary to move your idea or organization toward structured execution and measurable outcomes. By the end of the call, you will receive a clear summary of your needs and the recommended service pathway.
