When people ask me, “What exactly do you do?” my answer is both simple and layered. I help leaders, pastors, creatives, and entrepreneurs bring to life what God has placed inside of them, especially when it’s been stuck, silenced, or suffocated.

This calling is now carried under the umbrella of Lamyia Crawford Global Ministries, where my life’s work blends faith, strategy, and execution. Through years of ministry, business building, and leadership, I’ve learned an important truth: many people have God-given ideas, but far fewer know how to structure them into reality. That’s where I come in.

The Solution Midwife™ began as my way of walking alongside visionaries who needed more than encouragement. They needed a blueprint. I specialize in helping people identify the real problem, craft a sustainable strategy, and execute without burning out. Whether it’s launching a ministry, building a nonprofit, or developing a new product, I serve as a partner in both clarity and completion.

Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” I believe that excellence, integrity, and obedience are not optional extras.
